The CLE “Connects” convening is a monthly gathering designed to foster collaboration between marketplace and ministry leaders for transformative change in Greater Cleveland. This initiative emphasizes the importance of service and aims to help partners and connecting volunteers, thereby strengthening community transformation efforts. Additionally, the initiative will focus on providing local leaders with inspiration and best practices to elevate their impact within their own communities. We invite you to join and contribute to the mission of NEOLF, which seeks to inspire and empower leaders for lasting community impact.

Charity to Change

CLE “Charity to Change” is led by Dr. Ron Morrison in collaboration with Leadership Foundations involving ten area pastors who will convene over the course of fourteen months which will culminate in them formulating and executing a catalytic initiative in their communities for systemic change. Housing

Cleveland “Housing Collaborative” will be a joint initiative in collaborating with the Cuyahoga County Land Bank and the Land Bank Charities. We will be focusing on transformative housing related projects across Greater Cleveland in combination with building the capacity of their partner organizations and leaders.

Together, we believe we can bring healing, hope, and the promise of a better future to the streets of Greater Cleveland. Join us!

The Goal

NEO Leadership Foundation (NEOLF) is reaching out to a core group of visionary leaders who have a calling to Connect, Engage, Invest and Mobilize a network of community leaders who:

Are committed to seeing Greater Cleveland transformed into a place of Shalom, peace...from battlegrounds to playgrounds! The streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets (Zechariah 8:5).

And embrace the mission to develop, connect, and unite leaders of good faith and goodwill across cultural boundaries to transform our communities and advance the Kingdom.

There is a sense of urgency for NEOLF to be a catalyst to mobilize leaders to better address the profound needs that surround us.

America is projected to have 66% of its population living in urban cities by 2050, which also holds true for Greater Cleveland. This offers enormous opportunity for lasting impact:

Our inner city holds the most beautiful and broken aspects of humanity. • Urban environments face many complex issues: poverty crime, human trafficking, and gangs housing shortages and inadequacies drug and alcohol addiction ... and more Cleveland now has 30.8% of its residents living below the poverty level, which is more than twice the poverty level of 13.1% across the state of Ohio. Enough said!
